RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
It is understood that the events that I am registering for bear a certain amount of risk of injury due to the nature of bows and other equipment being used on these grounds. Therefore it is understood that by registering and initialing this agreement I agree to release and discharge the Webster County Baptist Association and the Ozark Trails Council of the Boy Scouts of American and their staff and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, actions, or cause of action past, present or future for injuries that might arise from my attendance at this event either as a participant or spectator.
